Shipping policy

Item Shipping. All orders are prepared and shipped within 2-5 business days. Once the order is shipped, an email notification with a tracking code is sent to the customer.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipments to P.O. Boxes will only be done if orders are shipped through USPS.

Standard Shipping time is based on location. Expedited is 2-day shipping. We can only support one shipping address per order. You may receive multiple packages for items placed within one order.

Customers ordering outside of the United States will be responsible for all shipping and duties charges.

Delivery Time. The delivery time depends on location, shipping method, and shipping carrier used.

Delivery time is stated in calendar days. The delivery may be longer than stated during national holidays. Sscarlet's Web does not take responsibility for the delivery delays that happen through third-party services.

Sscarlet’s Web will not be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during shipping, or if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
